The Cousine

The multitude of fish and shell fish from the Sea of Cortéz allows us to offer you a great variety of tasty and fresh dishes. A chef well-trained in Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine will alternate between tasty pastas, and risottos, and ceviches and local dishes prepared in a simple and refined way. Tropical fruits will always be served for breakfast. Chilean and Californian wines will be served with the meals.
